I served with my father, Rev. Paul A. Baggett (The Happy Pastor), from 1985 - 2000 at Millersville Assembly of God, first as Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor then as Administrator and Associate Pastor. Teresa and I resigned in 2000 to serve as Senior Pastors in Fruitland Park Florida. In 2003 we returned to Tennessee and started a successful graphics company called Imagine Grafix and served where needed as Interim Pastors in Middle Tennessee.

In 2012 we felt God leading us to plant a new church, so after much prayer and counsel we established Victory Outreach Ministries in the Old Millersville Assembly of God building on Sunday afternoons that Loves Way Church was using for services. In 2013 Loves Way sold the building and we relocated to Goodlettsville and used the Aldersgate building. In 2015 we changed the Ministry Name to Todays Victory Church and used this as the ministry location until 2021 when a change in leadership in Aldersgate caused us to have to relocate again to 1017 Stearman Dr. in White House TN. We are now meeting in the Rivergate Mall at 1000 Rivergate Parkway, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. Our story is a journey of a Mobile church family, that God has supplied and gone before in every situation!

Today's Victory Church is a testament to the commitment of fulfilling a Call of God and what God can do even when circumstances say things are impossible. Today's Victory Church is a beacon of light to what man says is impossible, but when God says all things are possible!

Our focus is not only on the unchurched but the de-churched also. Our heart is to be a house of physical and spiritual healing and restoration, with a heavy emphasis on personal relationships.
